Sometimes the phones will have an issue where when a user is attempting to check their voicemail, there will be an error mentioning the parking spot for the user. The fix for this is the following:


  1. Log onto the Platform (https://platform.hostedphone.co/
  2. Use the akerr@equityandhelp login in LastPass
  3. In the Callflows app, select "Feature Codes
  4. Uncheck "Retrieve" under Parking 
  5. Click Save
