Sometimes the phones will have an issue where when a user is attempting to check their voicemail, there will be an error mentioning the parking spot for the user. The fix for this is the following:
- Log onto the Platform (https://platform.hostedphone.co/ )
- Use the akerr@equityandhelp login in LastPass
- In the Callflows app, select "Feature Codes"
- Uncheck "Retrieve" under Parking
- Click Save
