Hello, here is a simple guide for logging itno your office computer via RemotePC.
Step 1: Download and install Remote PC on your home computer
To download the RemotePC client, please click this link: https://static.remotepc.com/downloads/rpc/061120/RemotePC.exe
Once you have downloaded the client open it to begin installing. Don't worry about changing anything just click "Next" until the installation is complete.Once the program has installed, this window will appear:
Step 2: Logging in
Log in to your account with your @equityandhelp.com email and our regular password(please message IT if you're not sure what this is).
Once you have logged in, you will see your office computer listed like this:
Double click your computer and it will prompt for a "Personal Key." Your key is 8008, unless you have set the personal key yourself. Entering this will log you into your computer
