Go to contacts
Go to the list view
Select the favorite "Home Owning Families"
Click on the "Select Columns" drop down in the upper left part of the screen
Make sure to activate the checkbox of "Social Security No" and "Date Of Birth" and deselect any parts that are for investors
MAKE SURE to scroll up in the drop down and select apply!
Now you should be able to activate the edit toggle switch and update.
