Power BI is data visualization software, it takes tables of information whether that be from excel or by connecting to a database directly, and stylizes that data in a visual and understandable format with various charts graphs, and filtered tables.
Our main use of this software is in displaying and creating out monthly Investor report. It pulls data from marketing, Trust and Loans and combines the raw data with caluations to displaying things like anualized returns, expenses and profit.
