To forward your phone:
1. Choose which line you would like to forward, and dial *72 followed by the phone number you would like the calls to be forwarded to.
Example: If I wanted my calls to go to my cell phone, and my cell number was 727-555-1234, I would dial *72 and then 727-555-1234
2. You should then hear a prompt give you confirmation that calls will now be forwarded, and the number the calls will be forwarded to.
To unforward your phone:
1. From the phone that is forwarded, dial *73, you should then hear a prompt telling you that calls are no longer being forwarded.
If you have issues:
1. There are some lines that cannot be forwarded this way, and need to be done in the back end, please inform your friendly neighborhood IT person, and they will take care of this for you as soon as they can.
