Sometimes we're faced with interesting problems, and if that problem is transferring a call, you've managed to come to the right place! Allow me to take up about a minute of your time, and we'll solve this problem together! Here is what you should do:


1. If you have determined that a call needs to be transferred to another person in our office, you'll see an option on your phone for "Transfer"


2. Press "Transfer"


3. Dial the extension for the party you have determined the call must be transferred to. For example, 226.


4. Press "Transfer" again, and you're done!


Step 4 is the one that gave me a hard time when I tried the first time, who would have thought you had to press it again!
