The Main Printer is the one in Div 2 (near the kitchen).
1) Place your paper(s) on the top tray, face up.
2) Press the black house button.
3) On the screen tap the following:
Scan to Google → Ok (green bars) twice
If you have multiple pages, stand and watch and make sure that they go in one by one. Don't assume all will be well and walk off or get distracted.
If you can’t get the pages to go in one by one, if the printer is grabbing several at a time, the way to fix that is to fan the tops of the first pages so that you are getting air in between the pages.
If the printer is still grabbing several at a time, stagger them from bottom to top, left to right, like this:
