You can type a ® by holding down the Alt key while typing 0174 and then releasing the Alt key. 

You can type a  symbol by holding down the Alt key while typing 0153 and then releasing the Alt key.


Use the Windows key + V and it puts whatever you highlighted onto the clipboard. 

You can have several things on the clipboard and that can be a real time saver.

  • You can change this shortcut so it also opens  screen snipping, which lets you edit your screenshot. Select Start  Settings Ease of Access Keyboard, and turn on the toggle under Print Screen shortcut.
