You will use this website to report New Hires and Terminations.
Use the Hidden Bookmarks in the upper right of your computer screen, go to
STATE OF FL EMPLOYMENT & UI
Slide your mouse over to the left and click on
Reporting New Hires to the State of FL Dept of Revenue.
This is what you will see. Click on the Login bar.
On the next screen, hit the Employer bar.
Now that you have entered the Employer’s Website, you will need to
provide the FEIN number and the password. Both of these have been
established in Last Pass and will automatically populate each field. Hit the Login button.
Now you have access to do the two functions you need which are to Report New Hires and to report terminations. The second bar is for Reporting New Hires and we will go there first.
Fill out the information and then look at the bottom buttons.
Choose the middle one. Then click to print a PDF confirmation.
You print out the confirmation and put a copy in the personnel file of the new employee.
The confirmation looks like this.
To report terminations, you go to the View Employees bar.
This will let you see all of your employees past and present that you have reported.
Look to the right and you will see the purple button to report terminations.
Enter the information and press submit.
Now you can see that the termination has been entered.
