Fees sometimes needed to be added to invoices inside of a loan entity in the Matrix. These can be any number of products in the matrix, including but limited to Utilities, Code Violations, Etc.
- Log in to the Matrix using your account information.
- Click on the Apps button on the top left of the Matrix, then click on the Loans (piggy bank) button.
- Using search and filter options, find the Loan entity that you want to add your fees to.
- Scroll down to find your invoice.
- If invoice needs to be validated, click on the "Gear" icon in order to validate the invoice.
- In order to be able to add product lines to the invoices details, we need to move it into the draft status so that it can be edited. If the invoice already includes payments, unreconcile those first so that they can be reapplied after the fees have been added. - Click "Cancel Invoice".
- Click "Reset to Draft"
- Now you will be able to click "Edit". Now you can add a new product line using the "Add an item" button toward the bottom of the page.
- Fill in all necessary details for the item you are adding to your invoice. Some of these details will autofill after making your product selection. EG:
- Save your changes to this invoice.
- Validate the invoice
