The green folders that are kept in the black file cabinets located in Easy Homes is loaded with information. Each individual folder (envelope) contains information on a home from buying to selling and everything in between. The folder has property address on top and each tab is separated for easy to find information.

    The first tab is Property Purchase : this will include documents sometimes named Alta, Closing Docs, Purchase Contract... I will on the following pages show samples. But anything to do with the initial purchase of the property will go here.

    Next is Trust tab: This is self explanatory the trust goes here. The trust document is generally 24-27 pages long and says Trust Agreement at the top. 

    Next is the Deed and Title Insurance: There may be more than 1 copy of the deed and that's okay as long as the recorded deed is in there. The recorded Deed will have a time stamp on the documents that notify us that this is recorded with the county. The Title Insurance is not always recognized with title insurance on top but the document is 5-12 pages long. 

   Next is Land Contract: This contract is a few pages long but says Land Contract right at top.

   Other tabs consist of Property Preservation, Taxes/Utilities and code violations. Again those tabs should be easy to figure out what goes there if anything. 

Hopefully this will make it easier to find information on our properties. I am adding some sample pages as to what to look for on our documents.
