PURPOSE (The reason why the position exists):  To convince and educate people on the many advantages of investing with Equity & Help Inc and get them to invest and to ensure E&H always has increasing income that is more than we are spending.

VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have, to be successful at the job): 

Equity & Help is a very good investment that actually helps people and improves communities. If educated about it, most people will want to invest with Equity & Help. The Investors of Equity & Help are the lifeblood of the company, they need to be taken care of and given attention, that way they will continue to feel confident with their investments which will make them invest more and refer their friends. 

COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: E&H Matrix Course Completion, Microsoft Office and general PC computer knowledge.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Philanthroinvesting Phenomena Completion, Good negotiating skills, ability to convince people, no fear in asking for money, patience, skills in communication, listening and being able to handle peoples concerns. The ability to keep track of large amounts of details in relation to several cycles at once.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

  • To sell our Equity & Help vacant homes and performing systems to potential and current investors

  • Keeping in contact with their assigned investors

  • Keep the company in operation by bringing gross income in

  • Being the point of contact between the company and each of your assigned investors

  • Communicating openly with the staff in relation to products and other matters

  • Working with your department, division and all other employees of the company as a team

  • Sending out investor reports every month to your assigned PIs

  • Ensuring that Dept 5, Dept 7, CFO, Dept 10, and Dept 11 and your senior know about all sales and purchases of investors

  • Initiate "Money to Escrow" and "PI Property Purchase RFs" and stay in control of it until the PI sign all contracts in tight coordination with Dep 7B

  • Get investors to sign all contracts and ABI’s

  • Handle the concerns of the current investors and educate them in how to read the report and how to file a claim.

  • Stay in tight communication with Dep 14 for the claims that has been handled for your PIs

  • Create proposals of properties for investors

  • Maintain your group of PIs, founders & Ambassadors with wide open communication lines and service them for what is needed and wanted on an immediate basis

  • Speak with potential Ambassadors and Founders to establish them and get them to bring you Investor meetings with them weekly to go over names of people they are working to close account opening forms.

  • Train the ambassadors and founders up to the point where they can walk someone through all the steps until they open the account with E&H.

  • Get the ambassador through the entire process of a PI experience so they know how to do it.

  • Maintain wide open communication with your field. 

  • Answer and handle all of our potential and current investors questions

  • Push investors to close 

  • Log all information and conversations in our CRM

  • Keep clear and detailed records 



WEEKLY ACTIONS:

  1. Hold Meetings with potential Investors and Ambassadors

  2. Send at least one form of direct communication to each of your assigned Investors

  3. Send at least one form of direct communication to least 5 of your ambassadors

  4. Respond to all assigned leads

  5. Sell houses to investors. - At least 2 a week

  6. Verify all documents have been properly filed

  7. Speak to at least 5 potential AOFs

  8. Initiate Money to escrow RF fast

  9. Initiate PIs Purchasing Contracts fast


DAILY ACTIONS AND QUANTITIES/EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Handle any communications from investors - fast

  2. Present our system to a new potential investor via video chat - at least 1 per day

  3. Communicate with ambassadors – at least 2 per day

  4. Review the homes available to sell – at least once per day

  5. Send direct communication to AOF’s – at least 3 per day

STATISTICS:

  • GI - $70,000 Minimum

  • Number of Homes sold – 2 Minimum

  • Number of Presentations to Potential investors  – 5 Minimum

  • Number of AOF’s – 1 Minimum

  • Number of Investors communicated to : 10 Minimum

ACTION STATS:
Valuable Final Product:  Income through the sale of our homes to informed and qualified investors
