Now that cities states and counties are out of the way, next is Investor Price and After Repair Value.


1. In Power BI go to "FullCompany View" and click the first chart.


2. Next under filters click "Purchase Date" and select filter type, advanced filtering, then you will select is after and select a date.


3. Depending on what quarter you're doing you will select different ones. 

  • Q1 would be "is after March 1st" of last year 
  • Q2 would be "is after June 1st" of last year  
  • Q3 would be "is after September 1st" of last year 
  • Q4 would be "is after December 1st" of last year.


4. Next you will take the price shown under "Average of Purchase Price1" and input it on Adobe Illustrator for "AVG. INVESTOR PRICE.


5. Next is finding the After Repair Value. Go to the matrix, go to Trusts and put it in List view (to the left of pivot view) and press the x on property status if it appeared.



6. Now:

  • Select all 
  • Then click action 
  • Then export 
  • Then export type to export all Data  
  • Saved exports
  • Click "Families+ Address List for Tear Sheet"
  • Remove Current Land Contract/Family Display Name and Property/Location/State.


7. Next on the left: 

  • Click product 
  • Product location/state code, add it to the right, and move it up one. 
  • Lastly, click export to file and open it.




8. Open the excel sheet and select in the "ARV" column, from the first number, all the way to the last one, then at the bottom right find the average and sum totals (circled below)




9. Now on Adobe Illustrator, you can input the sum for assets recovered.



10. The average is then used for the AVG. AFTER REPAIR VALUE.
