Sometimes in the Matrix, you may need to select all available option in a listed view of one of the modules. For instance, you are downloading a spreadsheet of all active loans. To do this you have to select the check box next to the loans you want to export.
To select everything in the list, you can instead click this box,
But you may notice that you are not yet selecting ALL of the loans that meet your criteria. You are only selecting the first of many pages of the Loans
Instead of paging forward and exporting 80 records at a time, you can actually click into the number here and type. If you want all available records you simply need to change the 1-(?) to 1-(all available records). In the example in the image pasted above this would be 1-446, shown here;
Now when the box is clicked to select all available records, you will be selecting everything in your search criteria.
