1. Log in to the matrix here, using your login information.
2. Navigate to the Loans module.
3. Here you can select a group of families with loans that you want to contact or click into a single loan to email one .
4. After making your selection of contacts, click on Actions, and then "Send Mail (Send Email Template)"
5. A pop up will appear That is a mostly blank email template. After filling in all the necessary information, click the "send" button to send the communication out.
