That Income is derived not only by asking for money but by a symphony of actions which result in a consumer knowing that they will receive something they want, in exchange for the money they will provide. This requires good and adequate marketing that fully knows what it is we can provide, also marketing that knows our potential consumer like the back of their hand who wants what we have and how to communicate with them. It requires an acquisition department who knows they are responsible for providing a plethora of homes that can be delivered on, that are ready to be sold and are available weekly.
