Trust names for the trusts are very easy to create as well as read. We use the same formula for each trust name:

  1. The first three numbers of an address
  2. The first three letters of an address
  3. The last three numbers of the zip code

There are some exceptions : 

  1. if there are only 2 numbers then that is all we use - just never more than 3 numbers
  2. If the address is a number such as 6th Ave then we use letter for number example 6th=SIX just never more than three letters. Also, we do not count directions such as North or South 

Examples:

  1. 600 Cleveland St Clearwater FL 33755  = 600CLE755
  2. 6004 Cleveland St Clearwater FL 33755= 600CLE755
  3. 6 Cleveland St Clearwater FL 33755 = 6CLE755
  4. 60 North Cleveland St Clearwater FL 33755 = 60CLE755
  5.  600 S Cleveland St Clearwater FL 33755 = 600CLE755
