PURPOSE (The reason why the position exists): Enable business to prosper by Sales of the investors homes and helping families have a home that operate to forward the company purpose.
VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have, to be successful at the job):
Be positive and understand your post. You must truly understand that you are selling properties that need to be fixed up and the person on the phone must be qualified to do this. If they are not handy or have a family member that can repair the home, or the money and ability to do so they do not qualify.
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: For example: Microsoft Office and general PC computer knowledge.
Emails, craigslist, web base advertisement. Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF software and email. You also must be a person who can speak on the phone and be able to handle many different types of people and understand that this post is not a 9-6 job, you will be getting calls on Saturday’s and we have a system where calls go to our emails. You can then call families back and set up appointments and show properties for your post How successful you are is how much you are willing to work.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Communication skills and the above skills. You also need to understand that we are purchasing homes that need repairs and people will tell you many things about the home. You need to hold your position and be able to be tough and in control as well as have high communication with them. Review the reports on the homes, this will help you understand the homes better. You must be familiar with your properties, so you understand the property you are selling. You are not a realtor, you are representing the investors personal property and working to get the best you can for that investor.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Market homes, update advertising for ads, you have a marketing person that you will be working with. We have a website that you can update photos and prices with. Keep track of pricing of homes, work closely with Property Enhancement Manager and Homes Acquisition Dept. Work directly with Div 4, Trust OPS on pricing and offers. Keep list updated on EasyHomes Properties Management sheets as well as our Easy Homes website. Marketing is key to success and property being set up correctly with signs and working lock boxes. Get photos from property base or inspection reports to market the homes. Keep ads going per the Easy Homes Hat write up. Follow the hatting materials. Marketing is key, craigslist, Facebook, web ads.
WEEKLY ACTIONS: Marketing, calls, emails, Facebook. Outflow is the key to reaches. Reaches equal views, views equal offers or information about improvements to market better.
