Scans made on the printers make their way to the scanned folder on the google drive.
Sometime, when you are locating the scan, in a file browser, you ma not be able to see the scanned file at the top of the folder.
First, check to make sure you are in the right folder.
The above statement is amended. IT informed me (Frank Vedder) 12/2/2022 that "All scans will go into 'Scanned from Main.'"
Next, make sure that the files you are viewing are sorted by date. If they are not, then your scanned document will not appear in the top of the listed items. You can tell how you have the items sorted by the arrow placed above the list in the row of data. Here, I have the a list of data being sorted alphebetically by the name column as opposed to the date modified column.
And here is the same data, after click on the "Date Modified " column.
You can see that the data is all pretty old. When I click the column name again, it will list the data as newest first instead of oldest first, leaving the most recent scan, and likely yours, on top of the list.
