PURPOSE (The reason why the position exists):  To keep the company flowing, operating and working in a sane and orderly manner. To ensure there are as little ridges as possible and the expansion of the company is an excellent smooth flowing expansion built on the strength of our past successful actions.

VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have, to be successful at their job):

People are what makes any company great, the individual's knowledge and certainty is what makes expansion and operation possible. There are various tools that can be used to ensure the best experience possible is given to all members of the company, policy, routing forms, conditions, battle plans, admin scales, stats, hatting material, technology, etc. It's up to you to ensure all these tools are being used and the company continues expanding. Two specific areas of special importance are

  1. People being CAUSE over their area, applying “the why is god” and not trying to change others areas instead of confronting what they can DO themselves to be cause over their area.

  2. Ensure that people are writing and thinking with the systems they've created and are working. Too often do people find a problem and try to think of something new, or create a new system to solve it. Ensure hats are written, routing forms are followed and most importantly things are updated instead of abandoned. Only by codifying everything we've already done well will we move the needle forward instead of just running around in circles. Getting the job done but not really handling areas so they solve and evolve into new roles instead of staying in the hamster wheel.
