Many of the programs and website subscriptions/memerships are shared with your fellow employees and may be used by your juniors or peers or replacements.
Because so many of us in the building share these things we also need to share the usernames and passwords that go to them.
When you are logging into a new site or registering a program of any kind, make sure to put in an IT ticket in order to have the Expeditor create your account and pasword for you, and then coprectly save it to the companies password management system.
