NAME OF POSITION: Ambassador IC

PERSON’S SENIOR: Sales Manager

PURPOSE (The reason why the position exists):  To make sure Ambassadors are winning, bringing referrals, following our rules and making money

Equity & Help has an amazing offer that can help millions of people have better lies whether that’s from stress free investments, or providing home ownership to hard working Americans who really deserve to be home owners. Ambassadors are another public who really deserve to win. Your viewpoint should be that with a little push and a little hatting ambassadors should be making tons of money and providing lots of referrals! You should feel very comfortable being a product officer and getting others to get products!

COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: CRM’s, Office  Microsoft Office and general PC computer knowledge.

SKILLS REQUIRED:. Speak Spanish and English fluently, good handling of people, Ability to speak in public and create interest. Leadership and ability to teach others. Sales experience. High ability to handle various particles, good negotiation skills, excellent memory, patience, communication skills, able to make friends, listen and be able to handle origins and concerns. Ability to organize and handle several activities at the same time. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

*Fully understand our investment
*Attend and answer all the questions of our ambassadors.
*Create events and seminars to attract ambassadors
*Hold training sessions for ambassadors
*Make presentations to potential investors while training ambassadors
*Make sure we get prospects who are interested in our product and able to invest
*Refer potential prospects to sellers.
 


WEEKLY ACTIONS:

  1. Send out weekly newsletters to Ambassadors

  2. Send out weekly text messages to Ambassadors

  3. Talk to at least 20 non-active ambassadors every week

  4. Communicate with your active ambassadors about their life events (graduations, birthdays etc)

  5. Log data into E&H Matrix

  6. Verify all documents have been properly filed


DAILY ACTIONS AND QUANTITIES or EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Handle any communications from ambassadors -100%

STATISTICS:

  • # Referred Ambassador's leads - 2 Per week

  • AOF from Ambassador’s leads = 1 Per week


Valuable Final Product: Ambassadors who are making money from E&H
