PURPOSE (The reason why this position exists): 

This position exists to filter down leads created by the lead generator to find qualified leads to send to our sales team.


VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have to be successful at the job): 

The viewpoint of an employee holding the position of Lead Qualifier should be to never not be making a call. The employee should always be either talking to a lead, calling a lead, sending a lead to the sales team, or somewhere between two of those steps. 


COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of the matrix.


SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Persistence, perseverance, people skills, good memory, and multitasking skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

  • The Lead Qualifier is responsible for getting qualified leads to the sales team.

  • The Lead Qualifier is responsible for making sure that as many uncontacted leads get contacted as possible.

  • The Lead Qualifier is responsible for making sure the sales team never runs out of qualified leads to call


WEEKLY ACTIONS:

  • Call texted leads

  • Qualify leads who are contacted

  • Send sales team qualified leads


STATISTICS:

  • Total qualified leads



ACTION STATS:

  • Total calls made
