Log in to https://equityandhelp.freshdesk.com/support using your account information.

Click on the "New Support Ticket option

The "requestor" field will be auto filled with your email address.

In the subject field, briefly describe/name your support ticket.

In the "Description" text box, fill in the details of your ticket. Please be as thorough as possible and include any details and/or steps that led to your issue. 

You can attach a file from your computer to the support ticket as well.


When your details are completed, click submit to place the ticket with IT.
