Change voicemail greeting message for Yealink desk phones
Pick up the receiver.
Press the “Message” button. (It looks like an envelope.)
In each of the following steps allow the recording to give you the prompt before you select an option.
Enter your extension number and press #
Press “5” to change settings.
Press “1” to record your message.
Your recording should include your name, job title and the company name and request that they leave a message for you.
5. Press 1 to save your recording.
Press 2 to play and check the recording.
Press “3” to re-record.
Helpful Hint: Hold the receiver several inches from your mouth to make the recording. This will help your words to be more crisp and clear. Make sure that there is no background noise.
