NAME OF POSITION: Transportation and Parking Manager


PERSON’S SENIOR: Director of Communications 


PURPOSE (The reason why this position exists): To facilitate the transportation and parking of potential investors, investors, employees and interviewees. 


VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have to be successful at the job): That facilitating the arrival and departure of people important to our business and making sure that there are no delays, upsets or problems with their arrival and parking contributes to the running of the organization and its public relations. 


COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Google Maps, Google suite, Microsoft Office products (word, excel), E&H Matrix, ability to operate scanner and printer, conduct rapid Google searches, understanding of files, documents and organizational basics


SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Time-management, organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability to changing systems and work-flows, able to learn quickly, solution-oriented, careful and precise admin, high aptitude. 


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

  • Arrange or provide transportation and parking as needed

  • Making sure that everyone one understands where and how to park safely and without violating any local ordinances.

  • Updating any Knowledge Base articles to reflect changes in parking.  


FREQUENCY OF ACTIONS:

  • This is sporadic and may be daily, weekly or monthly in nature. 


Valuable Final Product: People who arrive at our office without time lost due to difficulties in arriving and finding parking which gives them a positive experience with E&H and promotes a good image in the community.
