NAME OF POSITION: Employee Ethics Manager


PERSON’S SENIOR: Director of Inspections and Reports


PURPOSE (The reason why this position exists): To protect those who are productive so they can produce more and help the organization grow.  


VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have to be successful at the job): That a prosperous, successful and happy organization is based on ethics. 


COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Google suite, Microsoft Office products (word, excel), E&H Matrix, ability to operate scanner and printer, conduct rapid Google searches, understanding of files, documents and organizational basics


SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Able to put and keep ethics in on juniors, seniors and coworkers alike, while still only following what is known and agreed upon, not invented. Time-management, organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability to changing systems and work-flows, able to learn quickly, solution-oriented, careful and precise admin, high aptitude. Can coach and advise when needed.  Excellent communication skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

  • Reads and follows up on HR reports

  • Ensures that every week an outstanding employee is chosen and announced

  • Recognition of positive achievements and penalties for non-production


WEEKLY ACTIONS:

  • Announces Employee of the Week every Friday


Daily Actions: 

  • Look through HR reports 

  • Ethics handlings as needed including meetings, Study Orders

  • Observes out-points and handles them while they are small.
