NAME OF POSITION: Reports Manager
PERSON’S SENIOR: Director of Inspections and Reports
PURPOSE (The reason why this position exists): To monitor attendance, the weekly payroll report and to keep managers and executives informed of production.
VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have to be successful at the job): That vigilant record-keeping and coordinating with management are essential to the success of an organization.
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:
Google suite, Microsoft Office products (word, excel), E&H Matrix, ability to operate scanner and printer, conduct rapid Google searches, understanding of files, documents and organizational basics
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Time-management, organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability to changing systems and work-flows, able to learn quickly, solution-oriented, careful and precise admin, high aptitude. Able to quickly obtain and send reports when requested.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Takes attendance every morning at muster and records all attendance information
Submits attendance report to CEO/CFO
Monitors locations of employees and their productivity via software
Gathers SNA every morning and shares charts w/ execs
Handles Leaves, ARFs, Make-Up Time and Time Correction forms
WEEKLY ACTIONS:
Run stat evolution every Friday
Ensure all reports are prepared for payroll by Tuesday morning
Ensure all Company BP’s from EC are read and understood every Monday
Daily Actions:
Take attendance every morning
Submit attendance report to CEO/CFO
Share SNA with execs
Approves Leaves and ARFs
Ensure all personal BP’s input by 9:30
If employees are working remotely, ensure they have input their Work From Home Daily Report
Check everyone’s status on Simple In/Out
Valuable Final Product: A organization with good control based on accurate records.
