Homes Bidding Qualifications
These are the parameters Acquisitions uses prior to purchasing a home
1. Houses shall not be bid higher than 30k
2. Houses shall yield at least 10K net gain
3. Steps From Realtor etc… Homes
Find home
Contact realtor
Get extra photo’s and information on home
Bid home and when won
Do inspection (avg $50.00)
If roof is an issue or plumbing or electric get quote
Look at inspection results
If repair or trash out needed adjust the repair cost
Buy or cancel home
4. Steps From Auction etc... homes
Find homes
If inspection report is present and looks good we can bid and buy on that criteria
If there are interior and exterior photos only
Add 10k to repair cost automatically
If the net gain is 10k or over bid on property
Once property is bought send inspection out in 2 day and do repairs as soon as possible if needed
