As we all know Property Preservations Manager is a very busy job. The position requires very sufficient multi-tasking and careful prioritization of tasks.
If you need something from the property preservations manager, you first place a ticket in the Projects module in the Matrix for the Property Preservations manager to receive and then prioritize amongst their work.
- In order to view the status of your ticket, fist navigate to the Project module in the Matrix
- Find the property preservations tile in the kanban view.
- The view you are first presented with is the kanban view of the submitted property preservations tickets. The labels at the top of each column will tell you the status. In this view find your ticket, or search for it by name using the search tool and filters like you would any list in the Matrix.
- Alternatively you can view the entire page as a list but first click in the list view button
- Then in the Group by drop down menu, click "Stage". This will show you a spread sheet view of the projects in property preservations, split up in sections my the status of the projects.
- Click on stage name to expand that section to view the projects that are in that stage.
