NAME OF POSITION: Happy Homes Manager
PERSON’S SENIOR: VP of Trust Operations
PURPOSE (The reason why this position exists): To promote high morale among the families we sell to and increase their willingness to take responsibility for their home and maintain and pay
promptly.
VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have to be successful at the job):
To understand the need for fun and games to increase willingness from the families.
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:
Simple skills for Word and emails.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
A willingness to understand what the family needs to encourage them and the ability to create games.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
● To create the annual game for the best “Happy Home”. This is an area I have
found Charlotte to be especially good at, she is very much in communication with the families as she was the one who sold to them and she has a great ability to create games and promote to the families. So, I have delegated this to her and just monitor from above. I feel part of my responsibility for this position is to spot who can handle this best and delegate that

When dealing with situations and I find the family is making improvements I encourage them to mail in photos and can count the stat for a Happy Home.
Valuable Final Product: Families happily working on their homes to improve them and keep them maintained.
