NAME OF POSITION: Trust Documents Manager

PERSON’S SENIOR: VP of PI Treasury 

PURPOSE (The reason why this position exists): This is to ensure that our properties are legally ours. To ensure the deeds are in and correctly recorded.

VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have to be successful at the job): 

The understanding of the importance of an accurate and correctly recorded deed. The desire to protect our assets. 


COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: 

The use of word and excel in order to create the deed. The ability to use other software to e-record when available. 


SKILLS REQUIRED: To be able to read and catch errors. To be patient and willing to read through deeds others have created to ensure it’s 

accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

● Spotting properties we do not have deeds to. 

● Checking the newer deeds to ensure our mailing address is correct and the trust name is 

accurate. 

● When we cash sale a home, it is up to me to create the new deed over to the individual purchasing it. Sometimes they record it and sometimes I do.

Valuable Final Product: Each of our properties have deeds correctly written and recorded to the Trust name.
