NAME OF POSITION: Quality Control Vice President
PERSON’S SENIOR: CEO
PURPOSE (The reason why this position exists): Make sure to achieve and maintain the purpose of the company. Deliver products agreed with investors and correct all company products when required.
VIEWPOINT (The viewpoint that an employee should have to be successful at the job): The responsibility of Qual is to deliver products of the highest quality. That is why each internal and external product must meet the established standards.
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: Knowledge of Microsoft office, General PC computer, can create and operate Google docs.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Good duplication and detail oriented, proactive, have ideas to improve process and workflows, able to complete cycles faster and on time, learn fast and good communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Enforce policies.
Correct company products.
The company's products are excellent and consistent.
Make sure all policies and procedures are directed towards the purpose of the company.
Inspect and improve company processes
Handle any point outside of production
Ensure that investment reports are delivered on time and with accurate and consistent information.
Ensure that the investor receives what was agreed upon at the time of registration as Philanthroinvestor
Examine and make sure that the company's documents are in accordance with the policies
Ensure that staff are trained in company procedures
Make sure all new staff undergo training appropriate to their position
Make sure Qual's houses sell as quickly as possible
WEEKLY ACTIONS:
Monday: Get ready the lineup for Qual Corrections that week
Tuesday: Do a meeting with Div 2 and Div 4 for EasyHomes Sales, Qual Homes Sales, Collections and Evictions.
Thursday: Get all the information ready for the AC meeting.
Friday: QC the collection Sheet ensures all the reconciliations are correct and are equal to the amount of money that is the bank.
Friday: Ensure all stats are logged by 2 pm and reported uplines.
Friday: at 3:00 pm, do the weekly meeting with all the employees of div 5 and create the BP for the next week.
Friday: Submit any PO needed.
DAILY ACTIONS:
Check hangouts and handle as needed.
Check emails and answer them.
Get all the Routing Forms and complete them.
Check the Qual Alerts and start working on the corrections.
Examine and approve the bids that are submitted by dep 5.
Examine and approve Setups that are submitted by dep 10.
Examine and approve the EMD and Closings that are submitted by dep 5.Examine and approve family applications for homes that are submitted by dep 11.
Examine and approve Land Contracts that are submitted by dep 11.
STATISTICS:
Qual corrections points:
- A correction that results in a course made and released = 4 Points
- A correction that results in a house sold (that has been in a Qual Alert) = 4 Points
- A correction that results in a credit handled = 4 Points
- A correction that results in an approved and released policy = 3 Points
- A correction that results in a new R/F made (incoordination with Div 1) and drilled = 3 Points
- A correction that results in a Hat write up, approved by the senior of the area and div 1 = 3 Points
- A correction that results in fixing a loan = 2 Points
- A correction that results in a study order on a policy, course (already created) or on any study material that already exists = 1 Point
- A correction that results in a modification of an existing R/F (in coordination with Div 1) = 1 Point
- A correction that results in a modification of the amount of a tax or insurance (for a trust) that is modified in the collection sheet and in the matrix = 0.5 Point
- Others that are not in any of these classifications = 0.5 Point
