After a house is obtained by acquisitions but before it is marketed to and sold to a Family it is placed on the calleasyhomes website. This process is done by sales and is a part of the Routing form.


  1. Sales locates the Trust in the Matrix by navigating to the Trusts module which is the Icon of the house.
  2. Using the search tools and filters, locate the trust that is being placed on the website. 
  3. After locating the trust, click on the address link in the Related property field to enter the product. You will be in the "General Information" tab. 
  4. Just to the right of "General Information" tab is the "Variants" tab. Click on it. When the property is acquired, acquisitions fills in the variants, but before the property is published to the site, sales should check the variants page to make sure that all the necessary detaults are filled in. For instance, if State and City are not filled in, the filters and search tools on the website will not be able to adequately locate this property.
  5. Next, sales goes to the "Notes" tab and fills in the Notes using the following template, being sure to fill in the properties details

        7. This will take you to the callewasyhomes website. From here, click the toggle on the top right hand side of the page to publish the page on the website.
