STATS & STAFF MEETING FORM POLICY
On Friday, every week, each employee of Equity & Help is required to report their statistics and conditions for the previous week prior to the start of their divisional meetings. Statistics are updated in the Matrix, and Staff Meeting Forms are done via google form. Both are to be done by Friday at 2:30 pm at the latest, without fail.
By having stats put in the Matrix and reported on time, you yourself are poised to make a plan for next week, which helps your division know what to expect, which in turn helps the company know what is expected of you.
While it is not pertinent to fill out every single form field in the Staff Meeting Form, participation is strongly encouraged during meetings as your progress, triumphs, thoughts, and concerns are all extremely valued. It is equally important as inputting your stat and serves a purpose beyond reporting your condition; Even though there may be flaps, which there always are, we are more concerned with the handling and how you overcame them.
The foundation of company and personal conditions are based on statistics- ensuring that your stats and Staff Meeting Form are in right on time at 2:30 pm on Friday helps set the whole company up for productivity for the upcoming week in ways that go beyond a simple report.
