Part 1: Prepare Postage

1. Select the Mail Tab.

Image

2. In the Print On Drop Down menu select Stamps.

Image

3. In the upper right corner of every NetStamps sheet is a serial number.

The serial number lets our software set the style and format of your NetStamps.

Image

Enter the Serial Number of your NetStamps label sheet.

Image

4. Choose whether to have Stamps.com calculate the amount of postage or specify the postage value for each NetStamp yourself.

We suggest having Stamps.com calculate your postage.

5. For International Postage, use the drop down menu to Select the country you are mailing to.

Image

6. Stamps.com automatically sets the weight at 1 ounce, which is about equal to a letter with 5 pages.

If you think your envelope may weigh more than one ounce place it on your scale.

7. Use the Service drop down menu to Select the USPS service you will be using.

Part 2: Print Your Stamps

NetStamps sheets are symetrical and can be loaded from either end...

...but you must determine which side of the paper your printer prints on, the Top or the Bottom.

Image

Most printers have icons showing which side of the paper is printed on.

If you aren't sure about your printer, please download the Original NetStamps Test Sheet, print it on plain paper at 100% size, not fit to page. Load the Test Sheet into your printer, and select Print Sample to determine the orientation of your printer.

You can print as many samples as you need at no cost.

When you are comfortable with your printer, load your NetStamps Label sheet into your printer, then Click Print Postage.

Congratulations. You have just printed your own postage stamps with Stamps.com Online.

Important Note: If your NetStamps failed to print properly, quickly and easily reprint without an extra charge. Click the Reprint button, which appears after every print order is processed. Reprint your NetStamps right away, being careful not to change any settings or leaving the Mail Tab. Doing so disables the Reprint feature. Please also note you have one opportunity to reprint.

NetStamps and PhotoNetStamps are available in the Stamps.com Store.

If you haven't printed a full sheet of NetStamps, the next time you prepare postage, select the first unused label. This will set the starting point for printing your NetStamps.
