1. Login to the new Acquisitions app.
2. The dashboard will look like this:
3. Click on SCRAPES.
4. You'll see a list view:
NOTE: We can see that the top scrape is not yet complete, only one scrape can be run at a time, so we would want to wait until it is done before we run another.
5. To start a new scrape, scroll to the bottom of the page and click NEW SCRAPE:
6. Leave the File Name field blank, this will name itself once the scrape is done.
7. Fill out the Vendor field.
8. In the text area, you will paste the addresses to be scraped.
NOTE: The addresses must follow this format -- Street, City, State Zipcode (123 Test St, Clearwater, FL 33755) -- there must be commas separating the Street, City, and State. You can have a comma between State and Zipcode, but it is not necessary.
9. Once the form has been filled out, click SAVE on the bottom right.
10. It will take you to a detail page of the scrape you just created, you can make sure all the info is correct, and then on the bottom right, click SCRAPE. This will start the scraping process.
11. Once you click scrape, you can then click on Valuizer on the top to go back to the list view.
12. You will see the scrape you completed and started at the top, and it will look like this.
NOTE: Notice that there is no File Name, and Scrape Complete is No. Once the scrape is done, it will change these fields on its own, just refresh the page once in a while to see if it is complete.
13. Once the scrape is complete it will look like this:
14. That's it, the app will go through all the homes on its own and determine if we should consider them or not.
