You might be new to the concept of stats and conditions- that's all good because I am here to explain in a TLDR way.
Your first month at E&H, you will report New Non-E. You might not have a stat to put into the Matrix and Wiseman (our softwares) just yet, but this is what you will report on your BP and Staff Meeting Form. Once you have a stat, and are entering it, you will report new non-e for four weeks. After those four weeks, your condition will be based on the stat line from the week prior (above last week is normal, same or below is emergency, etc).
So to iterate, 4 weeks = new non-e. After that you report your condition based on the stat of this week/week prior.
