PISC HAT WRITE UP- PISC HAT WRITE UP-HOW TO MAKE A PI PROPOSAL

Purpose: This is a hat on to do a proposal so a PI can select a property(ies) to purchase

Steps: 

  1. Go to “Acquisitions 2” software through the 9 squares on the top left side of E&H Matrix

  2. Log in

  3. Click “Properties” on the top left

  4. Then click “Ready to Present” on the sub menu

  5. In this list select all the properties you want to propose by ticking the checkbox under the “Select” column to the left

  6. After you have selected all the properties, click “Generate Proposal” on the bottom right

  7. When the page reloads you can now print it, before doing so verify that everything is there: Property addresses, prices, warranties, ARVs, Family prices and all the info for the homes

  8. If anything is missing jump to step 10

  9. If nothing is missing you can print either by using the menu or Ctrl+P

  10. Go back to the Ready to Present list and click on the Address of the property that is missing info

  11. Click Edit on the top left

  12. You can now edit ARV or any of the data through the tab “House Info”

  13. If you need to attach photos, click save on the bottom right and click on the “Images“ tab

  14. Click on “+image” and then use a link or upload the file and click “save”

  15. Repeat steps 13 and 14 until all photos have been uploaded

  16. Go to “images list” in the “images” tab

  17. Select all the photos that you want to display in the proposal (use only the best photos, try to have 9-12 photos total) by ticking the checkbox in the “proposal” column

  18. For the photo you want to display as the main photo on the first half of the proposal you will need to tick the checkbox for “Profile” on that photo

  19. Go back to steps 4-9 once you have done all the edits necessary
