You first need to go to the property you are interested in, in the Central Property Folder in Google Drive. Let's say you wanted data on 243 N Perry St, Johnstown NY 12095. Go to drive.google.com and start typing the address in the "Search in Drive" window at the top. You will get as far as typing in 243 and will see this:
Which of the five folders that showed up do you want? The answer is in the "Location" detail column to the right. You want the one with the parent folder "Central Propertiy Folder".
By the way, if you are running this in a narrow window and that "Location" column gets cut off and can't be seen, you can right click on each of those folders and select "View Details". You will get the menu below. Choose "View details".
That will open a "Detail" Box. If you scroll down in that, you will get to "System Properties" and see the parent folder for the file. The file I used here is incorrect, it is not "Central Property Folder".
Once you've opened the correct file, you should see one of the two below formats. We selected 64 Mead St Walton, NY 13856 at random. Dpt 10 (Property Perservation) data will only be in the folders in the orange boxes. Note: Currently Dpt 10 is making an effort not to use the 16 - Miscellaneous folder but in the more distant past, it was sometimes used. You need check that folder only if the 3 - Inspections-Photos folder and the 9 - Property Preservation folder didn't have the data you were seeking and you may get lucky.
Grid Layout
List Layout (would scroll up to see 3 - Inspections-Photos)
Let's see what we find if we go to the 9 - Property Preservation folder:
And in this case, you have three places to search further for your needed data.
Next, let's see what we would would find in the 3 - Inspections-Photos folder
This is the "Grid Layout" and has it's advantages. But if you click on the "List Layout" button shown by the green arrow, you would see this:
Note in the orange box you get the dates of the photo. You can toggle back and forth between the "Grid Layout" and the "List Layout" by clicking in the area encircled in green, above.
You will find whatever you find in the Miscellaneous folder.
