There have been multiple instances where a family wants to remove someone from their LC. This can not be done simply by removing someone from the Loan, there are steps that must be taken in order to get them off of the loan. Firstly the family needs to be current and all parties on the LC need to sign a VT to terminate the current loan they are on. The party that requested to have someone removed must then re-apply for the loan and if they qualify they can continue on their new LC.
