1. Log in to the Knowledge base here KB- User view 
2. Click "Agent Portal" on the top right hand side of the page.
3. Click on the Knowledge Base button on the left hand side of the page.
4. On the top right hand side of the page, click the "+Article" button.
5. Title your article and place it in the appropriate folder.
6. Videos can be added from a file on your computer or pasted from the link of a video on the internet. I'll go over how to do each of these 
   1. Video from URL
      1. To add a video from a URL link, click on the Camera Icon from the options at the top of the article page.
      2. Paste the URL of the video into the field in the pop-up. Click "Insert".
