When a user is created by the Director of Trust Services a link is sent to the email that was used to create that was used in the Matrix. It's a good idea to copy this link and send it to the Family using any means that we have to contact them becasue not all families havew an email that they actively use.
When a user clicks this link they will be brought to calleasyhomes.com and prompted too create their password using the email that was used in the Matrix.
Once the password is made, these families can navigate to calleasyhomes.com and log in to make a payment or view their transaction history.
