- Log in to the Knowledge Base here using your log in information.
- Click on the "Agent Portal" link at the top of the page. If you do not see this link, place an IT support ticket to get access to the Agent Portal.
- Click on the Book icon to reach the knowledge base.
- Click the "hamburger stack" button toward the top left of the page.
- From this menu you can see several options.
- Clicking on any of these options will give you a list view of the filtered selection.
- The articles shown are ordered from the most recently modifed.
