Log in to the Matrix here using your account information.
Navigate to the Settings module, and then click on Users & Companies at the navbar toward the top of the screen
Navigate to either the familie module or the loans module, and trhen use the filter and search tool to find the family whose password needs to be reset.
Once found, click into their user information, by clicking on their name.
Click the Action button and then in the drop down menu, select "Change Password".
In the pop-up window fill in the new password into the password field, and click the "Change Password" button.
