- Log in to equityandhelp.freshdesk.com using your work Gmail address.
- Navigate to the Knowledge base by clicking on the book icon on the left-hand side
- Using the search bar, find the article that you want to edit.
- At the top right of the article page, click the "Edit" button.
- Make your edits to the article.
- When finished, click "Publish"
